もう少し色々考えられるんじゃないかと思います。
競売に掛けて現金化した上で、中古でもいいからきちんとした軍用車を買うとか、貧困層対策にまわすとか。
そもそも、大統領がハマーの使い道を気にしてる暇はない気がするのですが・・・
